Warranty Policy
Product Warranty: Our products (excluding the bulbs) are covered by a Lifetime warranty. If the glass is broken, Free send new glass to you.
If you encounter any issues or have any questions within this period, please contact us at remshep@remshep.com. Kindly provide pictures, videos, and your order number to help us understand the problems you are facing. We strive to respond to all emails within 12 hours and offer solutions for the issues you are experiencing. In the case of accessory-related issues, we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you via express delivery. You should expect to receive the replacement within 9 to 10 working days. For issues related to the electrical circuit, our engineer will assist you in resolving the problem within 1 to 2 working days. It is important to ensure that a professional electrician installs our products to avoid any potential issues.
Note:
In our warranty policy, damages caused by improper use, man-made damages, or natural disasters are not covered.
Our warranty is only valid for products purchased from authorized retailers or directly from our store.
Any repairs or modifications done by unauthorized personnel will cancel the warranty.
