Shipping Information
The shipment we choose is FedEx / UPS.
Order handling time：1-2 working days.
Transit times usually range from 7 to 15 working days. You can also send an email to remshep@remshep.com to learn about the delivery time of the goods to your country in advance.
It is important to note that all our products currently have free shipping worldwide. However, please be aware that we are unable to ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
When your order reaches your destination country, there may be import duties, taxes (including VAT), or other charges that you will be responsible for. Remshep is not liable for these fees. Additionally, if there are any errors in the address you provided, we cannot be held accountable for non-delivery.
For customized orders, the processing time is longer as most of our blown glass chandeliers need to be customized. The production time varies depending on the product's customization requirements. Generally, the lead time for customized products is around 15 working days. However, if certain items are already in stock, we can ship them the next day.
Packaging
We use professional packing carton and wooden frame outside to protect all of our products.Also we will put spare parts in case anything is broken.
