How long is your warranty?
Our products (excluding the bulbs) are covered by a Lifetime warranty. If the glass is broken, We Will send you new glass free of charge.
How is your glass made?
For the majority of our chandeliers, each piece is free-form hand-blown. Certain pieces that require exact uniformity are mouth-blown utilizing forms, and others are torch-blown. Depending on the piece, color is either pigmented into the glass or color-plated onto the glass. Each chandelier is a unique, hand-blown glass chandelier “to be built” specifically for you.
Remshep uses high-quality blown glass to ensure the beauty and durability of the lamps. High-quality materials not only enhance the artistic sense of the lamps but also ensure the gloss and effect after long-term use.
Is it difficult to assemble the chandeliers?
No, they are easy to assemble. We will put an installation manual in the package and send you a detailed installation video. You can also make an appointment with us for free online assistance services. Our staff will assist you install the chandelier step by step to ensure that you install a perfect chandelier. Our lights are built on a custom metal frame and the interior has dimmable, mini-candelabra sockets. As with any electrical fixture, you should hire a licensed electrician to install and connect any and all electrical components prior to assembly to ensure you are meeting your local code.

Yes, we ship everywhere in the world.
All glass pieces are carefully packed and boxed, however, since some breakage can occur during shipping, we always include about 10% extra pieces to minimize any inconvenience to our customers.
HOW DO YOU REPLACE THE BULBS- AND HOW OFTEN DO THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED? HOW TO CLEAN BLOWN GLASS CHANDELIER?
You just need to remove the adequate number of glass stems around the LED bulbs that you want to be replaced to allow you to freely take the LED bulb out and insert a new one. These LED bulbs can be used for up to 50,000 hours, normally you don't need to replace them in a few years.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME NORMALLY?
Transit times usually range from 7 to 15 working days. Order handling time:1-2 working days. The average lead time for customized products is 15 working days.
After I receive the lamp, can I return it if I don't like it?
We support a refund after you receive the product, but you need to ship it to our designated shipping address at your own expense, and we will start refunding after we receive the product
After checking that there is no problem, we will start refunding. Our refund will deduct our shipping cost and refund the principal amount of the product.
In order to ensure your interest and reduce the loss, we have a good plan as follows.
We will take pictures and video before shipping, and we will ship it to you after you are sure you like it, but you need to make a note or contact customer service support when you place your order to explain the situation.
What should I do if there is a problem during the installation?
We recommend checking if the parts of the luminaire are complete one week before the installation in advance.
Our fixtures are very easy to install and can be installed by an average electrician.
If there are some unsolvable problems during the installation process, you can contact customer service support for help. Note that violent operation is prohibited. Unless there is a very good solution.
